Where are you located? 

Party Modern is based in Singapore, and we sell the Californian brand Harlow & Grey on our website.

All prices listed on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

What are your shipping options?

We aim to process and ship your items within 1-3 business days of ordering. For urgent orders, please email us at shop.partymodern@gmail.com to discuss alternative arrangements.

We currently only ship within Singapore, and offer several ways for you to get your party goods from us:

  • Singpost Normal Mail
  • Singpost Registered Mail
  • Meet-up / Self-Collection

    Locations include Paya Lebar, Dakota, Marine Parade, Bugis, City Hall or Orchard Road – depending on the day and time.

What are the available payment methods?

We currently accept payment via MasterCard, VISA, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still order from Party Modern? 

Yes! We also accept payment through bank transfer to OCBC Current Account 525-818274-001 or PayNow.

However, in this case, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not been paid within 24 hours. 

What is your Return Policy?

Our hope is that you will be completely satisfied with your order and be party ready with ease. As such, we strive to do our absolute best to ensure that you get your order quickly and in fab condition.

All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges. We would greatly appreciate it if you could check through your mailing address and order details before checkout.

However, if in the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a snapshot of the items and your order number so that we can provide assistance.

Parties come in all shapes and sizes, and events are one of them!
